"Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life. Tiptoe if you must, but take a step" Naeem Callaway
Three years ago I tip-toed into coaching by interviewing others about their path into coaching as a career. Soon after, I took a small step and signed up for my first coaching course (Fundamentals with the Co-Active Training Institute).
In April of 2022, I took the biggest step of my life and left my corporate career to pursue coaching full-time. I'm still amazed by this journey and sometimes need to remind myself of where I am and how I got here, as it was never a path I thought I would follow (being an entrepreneur specifically).
I'm grateful every day to be exactly where I am. And it started with a teeny-tiny step.
